Chief Federal Inspector for St. Petersburg has visited Passenger port of St. Petersburg

Today, on 20th of February 2017, "PP SPb MF" PLC was visited by Viktor Minenko, Chief Federal Inspector for St. Petersburg, as part of the on-site inspection to monitor the implementation by the executive authorities and local self-government bodies of St. Petersburg of the Head of State’s decisions.

The event was held with the participation of the federal inspector for St. Petersburg, Tatiana Kubrakova, the Head of the Administration of St. Petersburg's Vasileostrovsky District – Yulia Kiseleva and representatives of the executive authorities of St. Petersburg.
 
 
During the official visit, the management of "PP SPb MF" PLC conducted an in-depth tour around the Port territory and acquainted Mr. Minenko and the guests with the history of creation and the infrastructure of the Port.
 

 
During the follow-up work meeting the general director of "PP SPb MF" PLC Vadim Kashirin and Mr. Minenko discussed topical issues of implementing promising projects and plans for the Port development, the check point state boundary reconstruction which are carried out at Passenger port of St. Petersburg in the view of organizing a year-round ferry service and the issue of simplifying the visa regime and the order of stay in Russia for foreign citizens and persons without citizenship.

The issue of ensuring transport, fire and anti-terrorism security, as well as the readiness of the Port to welcome passengers during the 2017 Confederation Cup and the 2018 World Cup, were a particularly important subjects for discussion among the parties.
 

 
It should be noted that following the results of the meeting, Mr. Minenko expressed his willingness to promote the implementation of promising projects of the Port, and the Head of the Administration of St. Petersburg's Vasileostrovsky District – Yulia Kiseleva thanked the Passenger port of St. Petersburg and Mr. Kashirin for joint active public activities and for realization of numerous educational, social and sports projects.
