1st floor

On the first floor located: premises of the dispatcher service and security service, server, bathrooms and shower for service workers, technical facilities (thermal center with a water meter, switchboard, technical rooms and communications input node).

2nd and 3rd floors

On the second and third floors located specialized facilities for the port control: server, drivers premises, engineering and technical personnel, security service, rooms for the rehabilitation of the inspectors, planning groups, display rooms and meeting room, offices for executives, archive. Also on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the port control center allocated domestic premises for the employees (dressing rooms, showers, toilets, eating room).
