1.    Passenger car is a category “B” vehicle with no more than 8 (eight) seated places (not counting the driver’s seat).
2.    A minibus is a category “B” or “D” vehicle with no more than 25 (twenty five) seated places (not counting the driver’s seat)
3.    A full one-day charge for the provided services becomes applicable after the vehicle has spent more than two hours on the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg, starting at the point of registration of said vehicle in the paid-parking system of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC.
4.    Each incomplete day or hour are accounted for and paid for as complete.

Following vehicles can use the Passenger port of Saint Petersburg infrastructure free of charge:

1. Vehicles belonging to persons that have a right of free entry into the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg based on the legislation of Russian Federation.
2. Special vehicles used for the provision of services (performing jobs) on the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg under an appropriate contract made with “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC;
3. Vehicles used for delivering persons to territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg, that were invited by the management of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC.
4. Vehicles in accrodance with the Law of the Russian Federation of 15.01.1993 No. 4301-1 "On the status of Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation and full cavaliers of the Order of Glory."
