The representatives of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of St. Petersburg and sports organizations visited the Passenger port of Saint Petersburg

On June 29th the representatives of city administrations and sport centers of St. Petersburg hold a meeting at the Passenger port of Saint Petersburg.
The staff of the Port gave a tour for the participants. During the tour the participants had a chance to see cruise ships and Port infrastructure.
Representatives of the Port informed about the sport events and promotion sport and healthy lifestyle in the Port.
Every year the Port hosts the sport event "Maritime Mile"- the first round of the "Ready for Labor and Defense", the Russian sports and physical event.
Representatives of the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports of St. Petersburg gave a high appraisal of the Port contribution to the development of sports culture in the city and Vasileostrovsky District.
