Consul General of Israel in St. Petersburg visited the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg

Today, on September 29
th, the Consul General of Israel in St. Petersburg Michael Lotem made an official visit to the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg. During the tour "PP SPb MF" PLC representatives acquainted Mr. Lotem with the history of creation and the infrastructure of the Port and informed the consul about the implementation of long-term investment projects and development plans of the Port.
Within the framework of the official visit the sides discussed the possibility of collaboration and cooperation in the tourism sector and the prospects for increasing the tourist flow, highlighting the admissibility of a visa-free stay for passengers of cruise and ferry ships on the territory of the country within 72 hours. Also during the meeting the issues connected with ensuring transport safety, service for cruise tourists and environmental protection have been raised.
The Consul General of Israel in St. Petersburg noted the high level of work organisation and quality of infrastructure of the Port. At the end of the visit Mr. Lotem left memorable note and signed the Book of honorable guests of the Passenger port of St. Petersburg.
