A meeting of the Board of Directors of “Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC was held

On 24th May, 2017 at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of "Passenger Port of St. Petersburg "Marine Façade" PLC the following decisions were taken:
- The Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected Andrey Mushkarev - the Deputy Chair of the St. Petersburg Committee of Tourism Development;
- Secretary of the Board of Directors - Alexey Kashuntsov, the Head of Legal Department of “Passenger port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC;
During the meeting a report on implementation of the Company's budget for 2016 was approved and current issues of Passenger Port St. Petersburg activity were considered.
As part of the event, there was an introductory tour conducted around the cruise ship Serenade of the Seas for the Board of Directors’ members.
13-deck ship Serenade of the Seas was delivered in 2003, and the famous Hollywood actress Whoopi Goldberg became its godmother. The vessel is 293 meters long, has a draught of 8.5 meters, fits 2 490 passengers and has a cruising speed of 25 knots.
Serenade of the Seas has started calling to Passenger port of Saint Petersburg from 2015, and during the 2017 cruise season it will make 11 calls.
