From 01st to 31st of August Passenger port of St. Petersburg has received 58 cruise ships which brought 143 137 passengers to Saint Petersburg.
The total berth time of the ships is 107 ship-days, total amount of passenger operations – 485 513.
Services provided to ships:
Fresh water bunkering – 10 869 m3
Garbage collection – 1 161 m3
Waste-waters reception – 8 422 m3
In the indicated period 9 helicopters have used the helipad of Passenger port of Saint Petersburg for landing and take-off.
On August 4th at Passenger port of St. Petersburg there was opening of photo exhibition “the Republic of Komi – the pearl of ecological tourism” dedicated to the celebration of the year of Ecology in Russia. The exhibition introduces foreign guests to landscape photos of unique natural sites of the largest nature conservation territories of Russia.
On August 22nd, 2017 the acting prosecutor of the North-Western transport prosecutor's office Alexei Korop, together with the St. Petersburg Transport Prosecutor Igor Lepekhin, held a personal reception of citizens at Passenger Port of St. Petersburg. In the framework of the reception, the following questions were raised: the implementation of the maritime transport safety requirements legislation, the observance of the passengers’ rights and labor protection.
Maximum number of vessels at the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg this month - 6 vessels on 09th and 16th of August.
