An exercise on implementation of the Transport Security Plan was conducted at Passenger port of Saint Petersburg

On April 24 2015 an exercise of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Fa?ade” PLC on implementation of the Transport Security Plan for the “Marine terminal of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Fa?ade” PLC” was conducted. During the exercise the staff of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Fa?ade” PLC and of other organizations present at the facility have practiced the appropriate actions to be taken in cases of direct and immediate threats to the facility. The order of notifying the competent authorities in such cases was practiced as well, and timing of actions was checked.

Among the exercise participants were representatives of Russia’s Federal Security Service, St. Petersburg water transport police, St. Petersburg fire service, border control and customs authorities.

We are glad to note that the exercise was completed in full and all training objectives were achieved.
