Passenger Port of St. Petersburg Sets Another Record
30 June 2018
Today, on June 30, 2018, the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg has set another record for the number of passengers accepted per day, with 18,198 cruise tourists having come ashore from the board of six cruise ships such as Norwegian Breakaway, Marina, Mein Schiff 1 NEW, Britannia, Zuiderdam, and Regal Princess. This is even more than the estimated maximum capacity of the port and neither passengers nor tour operators had difficulties using the port infrastructure thanks to the time-slot system introduced this year.
The previous record was set on June 8, 2017, when 17,911 passengers arrived in our city on board six cruise ships.
