One of the largest liners of MSC Cruises in Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg

Today, 19.09.2018, a plaquette ceremony was held, dedicated to the entry of a major liner, MSC Meraviglia, belonging to MSC Cruises company, to Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg.
This liner was the first of two twin-liners to be built in STX France shipyard. The second liner will be heaved off in 2019.
MSC Meraviglia is the largest and innovative cruise liner built by a European cruise company. This 315 m long liner can accommodation 5,700 passengers.
MSC Meraviglia is a high-tech vessel, with a number of innovative services on board, like Near Field Communication, as well as mobile applications and possibility to use smart-devices on board. Due to these innovations, travelers can communicate and plan their day or choose events they like. Besides, new technologies make it possible to pay a bill, open cabins, track children location, find friends and rooms on board using a cruise card or a smartphone.
There is everything on board for an ideal cruise at any time of year in any route, including various restaurants, entertainment program, breathtaking panoramic rooms, spacious theater, as well as an excellent leisure park combined with an open aqua-park, and enclosed promenade located in three decks with the ceiling made in the form a huge LED screen with a total area of 480 square meters. The screen resembling a digital sky displays different images, creating a unique atmosphere both day and night.
