Passenger port of Saint Petersburg was visited by representatives of the media.

Today, on July 21, at the peak of 2015 cruise season Passenger port of Saint Petersburg has welcomed representatives of city and federal TV channels. Representatives of St. Petersburg and TVC channels had a chance to capture the sight of six ships berthed at Passenger port of Saint Petersburg, that have brought nearly 14 000 passengers to the city.

During the interview the head of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC Serik Zhusupov has stated that the economic sanctions and the tense political situation did not affect the growth of cruise passenger traffic. On Wednesday, July 22, representatives of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC will discuss the development of cruise and ferry tourism in more detail in the TV program “St. Petersburg Diary” on the St. Peterburg TV channel.

In total since the beginning of the cruise season (May 2, 2015) Passenger port of Saint Petersburg has received over 280 000 passengers.
