A meeting of the Board of Directors of "Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg "Marine Fa?ade" PLC took place.

On August 21^st 2015 a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC was held. The meeting agenda included the election of the Chair and the Secretary of the Board. Irina Babyuk was voted to be the Chair of the Board of Directors, Alexey Keshuntsov – to be the secretary.

Also in process of reviewing the current activities of the company the 2015-2016 Board Work Plan and the “Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC budget report for the first half of 2015 were approved.
