Yacht Regatta “Nautical Mile 2019”

On September 20, 2018, as part of the eights annual sports festival “Nautical Mile 2019,” the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg organized and held a new yacht regatta. Its participants were students of St. Petersburg universities, employees of the maritime industry companies and partners of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC.
The regatta took place at the St. Petersburg Trade Unions River Yacht Club
on the Petrovskaya Bank. Teams competed in two divisions on Santer 760 yachts.
Spectators of the race were St. Petersburg residents and guests of the City, who came to support their relatives, friends, and colleagues or just to witness an outstanding sporting event. A new discipline introduced in 2017 as part of the annual sports festival “Nautical Mile” obtained the status of the most expected event and immediately became an integral part of the traditions of the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg.

Division 1
1st place: St. Petersburg Mining University
2nd place: Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping
3rd place: Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University
Division 2
1st place: “Rosmorport” Federal State Unitary Enterprise
2nd place: MOBY SPL
3rd place: “Expoforum International” LLC
