th were held citywide events dedicated to the 27th anniversary of withdrawal of Soviet troops from the Republic of Afghanistan. In one of these activities, namely in the midday shot from a gun from Naryshkin bastion of the Peter and Paul fortress took an employee of "PP of SPb MF" PLC Gennady Troitskiy - capital stock, military pilot, a member of the fighting in Afghanistan.
The event was organized with the support of the Committee for Culture of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg GUK "State Museum of History of St. Petersburg" and the Leningrad Council of the Airborne veterans.
