April 7, 2016 at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of "Passenger Port of St. Petersburg "Marine Façade" PLC the following decisions were taken:
The Chairman of the Board of Directors was elected Irina Babyuk - Chairman of the Committee of Investment of St. Petersburg;
Secretary of the Board of Directors - Alexey Kashuntsov;
for the post of the General Direcdor agreed a candidature of Vadim Kashirin;
considered a preliminary report on implementation of the budget for 2015, the Company's net profit for 2015 amounted to 68 635 thousand rubles and it plans to pay dividends to the budget of St. Petersburg in the amount of not less than 60 million rubles.
Also at the meeting of the Board of Directors was considered information about the Company's preparation to cruise navigation in 2016.
