Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg visited by a delegation of the Port of Gdansk

On October 11, 2018, representatives of the port of Gdansk, i.e. Commercial Director Adam Klos, Business Development Manager Bartosz Bloch and Chief Specialist in Investment Projects Karol Ochendowski, visited Passenger Port of St. Petersburg on a business trip.
Representatives of the delegation were able to familiarize themselves with the history of the creation of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg, available infrastructure opportunities and promising development projects, to inspect passenger terminals and to learn the history of development of the alluvial territory.
The port of Gdansk is located in the central part of the southern coast of the Baltic Sea in one of the most dynamically developing regions of Europe and is a major international transport hub. In accordance with the strategy of the European Union, the port of Gdansk plays an important role as a link between Trans-European Transport Corridor No. 1, connecting Scandinavian countries with South-Eastern Europe.
