Marella Explorer Cruise Ship in the Passenger Port for the First Time

On May 25, 2019, the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg was visited by the vessel Marella Explorer being operated by TUI since the summer of 2018. There are 10 restaurants and 10 bars on the board. Also, passengers are provided with: cinema, casino, sports center, spa area, music bar with pink piano, and the bar with the longest bar counter in the entire TUI Cruises fleet.
The vessel already was at the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg, but it had other name: Mein Schiff 1. Its length is 264 meters, while the passenger capacity is 1,924 people.
According to the old tradition, the plaque exchange ceremony was held on the board between the representatives of the Port and Jonathan Peter Harris, Captain.
