Agreement Signed between “PP of SPb MF” PLC and “Terra Nova” JSC

Today, on November 5, 2019, “PP of SPb MF” PLC and “Terra Nova” JSC signed an agreement under which “PP of SPb MF” PLC takes the ownership of two land plots with a total area of 54,691 sq. m. These land plots will be used to develop the Passenger Port infrastructure to create on its basis a cruise start and end port.
