Meeting of the Board of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC

Today, on October 8, 2019, the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg hosted the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC, which announced the new members of the Board of Directors.
Eduard Viktorovich Batanov, Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg, was elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC.
The following persons remained the members of the Board of Directors: Roman Alekseevich Golovanov, Chairman of the Investment Committee of St. Petersburg; Evgeny Viktorovich Pankevich, Chairman of the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg; Aleksandr Viktorovich German, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Property Relations of St. Petersburg; Aleksey Vladimirovich Lvov and Andrey Aleksandrovich Velesevich, Deputy Chairmen of the Transport Committee; Ilgiza Nailievna Khafizova, Deputy Chairperson of the Finance Committee of St. Petersburg; Vadim Anatolievich Kashirin, Director General of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC.
The new Board of Directors also includes Aleksandr Mikhailovich Zhukоv, Chairman of the State Financial Audit Committee of St. Petersburg.
The meeting approved the work plan of the Board of Directors for 2019-2020 and the report on the implementation of the Company’s budget following H1 of 2019. It also considered the current activities and future development issues of the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg.
