Joint Declaration of Baltic sea cruise ports on cooperation was signed

On April 25
th the Joint Declaration of Baltic sea cruise ports on cooperation was signed. The producing of the Declaration was initiated by the representatives of the Passenger Port of St. Petersburg. The Declaration was signed by the representatives of the following ports – Copenhagen, Helsinki, Kiel, Riga, Rostock, Stockholm and Tallinn, after a half a year process of working on the terms of the document.
The parties agreed on the information exchange, cooperation in trending analysis in cruise industry, coordination of passenger terminal infrastructure development. The efforts of the sea ports are forwarded for increasing of the cruise and ferry passenger traffic and improving the attractiveness of the tourist region.
According to the Declaration the parties shall arrange the annual meetings and joint events during the specialized exhibition.
