Sport Leaders Global Forum held in Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg

From October 18 to October 19, Sport Leaders Global Forum was held in Passenger Port of St. Petersburg for the second time.
This year, the event has been attended by officials of sports clubs, leagues, federations and representatives of commercial brands, investing or planning to invest in sports. The main goal of the forum was to consolidate professionals in the field of sports entrepreneurship and business, whose active participation in economic processes could accelerate business processes and improve various programs to support the development of the economy of the country's sports industry.
There were Nikolay Valuev, the famous boxer, Vlastimil Petrzhela, the former Zenit head coach and Yury Nesterov, a Soviet handball player, an Olympic champion, among honored guests of the forum. Two days of the forum were held in the format of a busy business program - panel sessions, round tables and open dialogues about sports. Special attention was paid to the most global, bright and memorable sporting event that took place in our country in recent years - the FIFA World Cup. Organizers shared their secrets with forum guests. Representatives of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg took part in the session named Marketing Arenas and Sites: Building a Win-Win Strategy, making a presentation of the port as an event-holding platform.
Vadim Kashirin, the General Director of Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg "Marine Façade" PLC noted that Marine Façade is ready to support sports events and initiatives, mentioning the recently held traditional Nautical Mile festival organized by Passenger Port of St. Petersburg for the seventh time.
The event annually brings together representatives of general education and youth sports schools, students of higher educational institutions of St. Petersburg, representatives of companies in the marine industry and sports organizations.
