Tripartite Agreement on the Development of Marine Tourism in St. Petersburg Was Signed at SPIEF 2019

On June 7, 2019, Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC and Modern Commercial Fleet PJSC signed the Agreement on the Development of Marine Tourism in the Baltic Sea at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The document was signed by Alexander Beglov, Acting Governor of St. Petersburg, Vadim Kashirin, Director General of Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC, and Sergey Frank, Director General of Sovcomflot.
The agreement aims to develop the high-quality and domestic cruise product in the Baltic in order to promote St. Petersburg as the leading cruise destination in the Baltic Sea region. Passenger Port of St. Petersburg “Marine Façade” PLC will become the single cruise and ferry operator of marine passenger terminals, as well as render ferry and cruise services between the cities of the Baltic Sea and the ships flying the national flag of the Russian Federation.
