1. For the purpose of applying the cost of services in accordance with the present Appendix the service period (an hour) starts when the vehicle enters the territory of the Passenger port Saint Petersburg and ends when the vehicle leaves the territory of the Passenger port Saint Petersburg; an incomplete hour is accounted for as complete.
2. Payment for the provision of infrastructure of Passenger port Saint Petersburg is accepted for the right of using the infrastructure with a specific vehicle on conditions, specified in the contract, for the period of one hour.

1. Service cost is applied to category “B” and “D” vehicles that have no more than 15 (fifteen) seated places (including the driver’s seat.
2. Payment for the provision of infrastructure of Passenger port Saint Petersburg is accepted for the right to use the PROXY-card to for access to the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg of vehicles on the conditions, established in the contract, during the appropriate period of service provision (period of PROXY-card validity).
3. Payment for the provision of infrastructure of Passenger port Saint Petersburg at the does not vary depending on the quantity of entrances the vehicle makes into the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg or the quantity of exits the vehicle makes out of the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg, nor depending on the time the vehicle has spent on the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg.
4. PROXY-card is the property of PLC “PP SPb MF” and is provided for the clients use during the priod of service provision (period of PROXY-card validity).
After the end of the period of validity, the card imust be returned to PLC “PP SPb MF”.

1. Passenger car is a category “B” vehicle with no more than 8 (eight) seated places (not counting the driver’s seat).
2. A one-day charge of 600 (six hundred) Russian rubles is applicable after the vehicle has spent more than two hours on the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg, starting at the point of registration of said vehicle in the parking system of PLC “PP SPb MF”.
3. Each incomplete day or hour are accounted for and paid for as complete.
Following vehicles can use the Passenger port Saint Petersburg infrastructure free of charge:
1. Vehicles belonging to persons that have a right of free entry into the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg based on the legislation of Russian Federation.
2. Special vehicles used for the provision of services (performing jobs) on the territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg based on the appropriate contract, made with PLC “PP SPb MF”;
3.Vehicles used for delivering persons to territory of Passenger port Saint Petersburg, that were invited by the management of PLC “PP SPb MF”.
